Production Equipment & Technical Capabilities

· Stretching & Forming: We utilize 630-ton hydraulic presses (e.g., YW32-630T models) specifically for sink stretching. These machines provide a nominal force of 6300KN, ensuring consistent and deep-drawn sinks with excellent surface smoothness and dimensional accuracy.
· Automated Production Lines: Our facility includes fully equipped workshops for welding, polishing, and assembly. We operate multiple stamping and stretching machines (over 10 units) and possess over 100 sets of molds and fixtures to support diverse product specifications.
· Surface Treatment: We employ advanced surface treatment technologies, including a fully automated ultrasonic cleaning and drying line, an automatic coating line, and specialized processes like nano-coating, wire drawing, and vacuum plating. This allows us to offer a variety of durable and aesthetically pleasing finishes.
· Precision Fabrication: For precision parts and customizations, we employ CNC laser cutting, CNC bending machines, and laser welding equipment, ensuring high tolerances and excellent craftsmanship for every component.

This team comprises 25 technical engineers and management personnel, including several with bachelor's degrees or higher. They specialize in developing new sink designs, pioneering surface treatment technologies like nano and ceramic nano coatings, and continuously improving our production processes.
